Customer Review: Great brand, fit, and value!
I bought these shoes based on the brand name, color (I got the brown and orange), and value. Not being a `tennis shoe' wearer or an athletic type shoe I was interested to see how these supported my feet. I recently injured my ankle/foot and still and am in recovery and cannot wear anything with a heel. When I received these shoes I was surprised at how well they fit. I am usually not one to wear shoes with back/heels, I always preferred clogs/mules. In the past anything that was around my ankle/heel always dug into my foot, not these. I have a normal width foot and wear a size 7. I ordered these in 7 and they fit great! I walked around the house in these at first and felt the bottom part of the shoe against my foot and at first thought that was going to be an issue. I think it was me getting used to the shoe because after wearing them I did not notice it. I decided to use these shoes to do a wii workout today and they supported my foot very well! I have laminated floors in my home and the shoes gave me traction. I might order another pair in a different color to keep one for working out and one for wearing out of the house. I am very pleased with these `shoes' and would recommend them. Wanted to mention from the picture I could not tell if they tied up or not. They do in fact have laces. Also it states: Heel measures approximately 1 1/4". I think they measured that on the outside. I had one foot in one and stood without one and my other foot was less than half an inch from the ground. They are not flat but do not have a high heel either. Added 6/17/09 - Since buying my first tan/orange pair they are so comfortable I ordered the black pair and another tan/orange pair. I now own three of these. They are that great!
